What's the project about?
The project aimed to create a tool that would provide an enriching experience to users while asking for diagnosis reports from the AI model. The user would simply fill in the details, and an analysis would be done on the basis of those details to provide a basic level diagnosis to the patient. Thus reducing the burden on the health professionals, since the key points would be visible to the doctor and they can start their diagnosis from that point.

The tool was designed to allow users to fill in certain fields by looking at those values from the report and then submit the form to get a diagnosis generated. This would be particularly useful for users who are far from their doctor or during times of emergency when the doctor is not available. The project aimed to leverage the technological prowess of the current times to solve certain problems in the health sector.

The project followed all the steps required for software implementation, including requirements gathering, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and user training. Additionally, ongoing maintenance and support were provided to address any issues, provide updates, and ensure continuous functionality. The project team took regular feedback and suggestions from OHSL professionals and conducted discussions within their team comprising of their mentor and other students to implement the project and try to fulfill the product requirements and expectations of their superiors to the best of their capabilities.
